Capturing a Payment with a Pre-Auth
Begin by selecting a ticket with a pre-auth on it on your Mobile device. Pre-auth tickets are indicated with a credit card icon beneath the amount.
Press Pay
Press the Pay button.
Select Tender
Select a tender from the list. To use the card from the pre-auth, select Pre-Authed CC.
Otherwise, select another tender to complete the payment process.
Complete the Payment
Use the Continue button and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
Once you are finished, select a receipt option to finish.
