From the login screen on LBM, click on the Forgot Password link.
2. On the Recover Account screen, enter the email address associated with your account.
Select Recover Account after you have entered your email address.
4. Check for an email with the subject line "Lighthouse Password Reset Request." Allow a few minutes for the system to send the email. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your Spam folder.
5. Select the Reset Password link.
6. Use the fields provided to enter and verify your new password, then press Reset Password.
