Initiating a Pre-Auth on SkyTab Mobile
A pre-authorization can be started in SkyTab Mobile either from a new ticket or by selecting a ticket from the list, then opening the menu.
To start a pre-auth from a new ticket, tap the menu button in the upper right (three dots) and select Add Pre-Auth.
To start a pre-auth from your ticket list, select the ticket from the list, then press the menu button in the lower right. Select Add Pre-Auth.
Use Credit Card
Tap or dip the card in the device's card reader.

Once your pre-auth has been completed, you will see a small credit card icon below the ticket's amount for tickets with pre-authorizations.
